Job Summary   Provide leadership and strategic guidance to our product data management team with responsibility for availability, usability, and integrity of our product data as a trusted enterprise asset.    Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Lead, coach, and develop team of direct reports Responsible for effective product change management and the accuracy and integrity of managed data Establish and monitor department performance metrics Coordinate project priority for product data management team Effective management of team resource usage to identify and resolve conflicting project deliverables Ensure the right processes and tools are in place to meet business needs while complying with established standards Initiate, manage, and coordinate updates to product data management processes Lead department continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate the cleanup and restructuring of data in support of process optimization Train personnel on new or updated business systems and processes Thought leadership and strategic oversight surrounding new item creation, item merge/purge processes, and acquisition integration activities Additional responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable   Preferred Qualifications 5+ years progressively responsible experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, Data Governance and/or Data Stewardship Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 2+ years’ experience managing a diverse team Expert Level Proficiency in MS Office, Alteryx experience a plus Strong understanding of product data lifecycle management Proven project management skills Process improvement mindset Creative, strategic thinker Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities Demonstrate effectiveness in achieving results through understanding and management of internal customer relationships, prioritization, and delegation of tasks Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Waterworks industry knowledge/experience a plus Understanding of Product Lifecycle Exceptional communication skills and relationship building Strong problem-solving skills Direct management experience a plus Core & Main is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
