Subcontracts Administrator

This position requires interfacing with Subcontractors, Contract Administrators, Accounting, Program Control, and Program Managers. Successful candidate will also be required to administer cradle-to-grave subcontracts and consultant agreements to include RFP development, drafting agreements, negotiations, administration, documentation, and closeout of agreements in accordance with Radiance policies and procedures and FAR/DFARS requirements. Required Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite to include Word and Excel Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and various contract types (IDIQs, GSA Schedules, BPAs, OTAs, Cost, T&M and Fixed Price) Familiarity with various contract types (CPFF, CPFF-LOE CPAF, FFP, T&M, FP-LOE) Experience with CPSR requirements including audit preparation and support Basic familiarity with small business subcontracting programs U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance   Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree (Additional years of directly related experience may substitute for a degree on a year for year basis) Minimum of 5 years of direct experience working with government contracts or subcontracts Desired Qualifications: Attention to detail and good organization skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced and competing deadline environment Other duties and projects as assigned Unanet ERP experience a plus Knowledge of contract/subcontract close out process Additional subcontract experience is highly desired Radiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
