Service Journeyman Electrician

Overview The Service Journeyman Electrician performs different types of support at the customers location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units while in the field. Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses. Provide on-call emergency service as required and maintain communication with the department manager while in the field. Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations, and provide general customer service on the phone and in person. Perform other duties assigned by the manager. Qualifications The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree MUST have current State Issued Journeyman Electrician’s License Must possess valid driver’s license and able to pass MVR to drive a company vehicle  Ability to multitask while staying organized Strong verbal and written communications skills Positive customer service skills Experience in lighting a plus! Pay Range USD $45.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
