The mission of the software team in Marlborough, MA is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development team for a wide array of products including Surveillance and Warning systems. What You Will Do: Participate in collaborative, integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems Work collaboratively to analyze, implement and test system Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related (STEM) degree Minimum of 5 years professional software programming experience in development, integration, or test using C++, Java or similar object-oriented software language Qualifications We Prefer: Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills Proven self-motivated problem solver who can look at a situation, identify gaps or issues, and take initiative to resolve them (technically, with process, and with documentation) Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools Experience developing software using Agile techniques such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development Experience leveraging Generative AI and Machine Learning to improve productivity, collaboration, and performance Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems Experience working with Continuous Integration/Development & Integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Eclipse, and Ansible Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles What We Offer: Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
