Business Development Associate (German Speaker)

Position: Business Development Associate (German Speaker) Job Description: ·  Engage with inbound and outbound MQLs through calls, emails, and social outreach to assess interest, needs, and buying intent ·  Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and convert them into SQLs for the sales team ·  Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and targeting ·  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) ·  Nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel to build a strong and consistent pipeline ·  Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts when relevant ·  Meet and exceed KPIs related to lead conversion rates, pipeline generation, and activity levels ·  Stay informed on IT products, solutions, and market trends to effectively position offerings Location: MA-Casablanca, Morocco (Boulevard Al Quods) Time Type: Full time Job Category: Sales
