Security Site Supervisor – Uxbridge, MA Minimum 2–3 years of security experience required and minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in the security industry. Recognized Workplace Pharmaceutical Warehouse Hourly Range Up To $26.00p/hr   Supervisors Security Officers $20.00-$22.00 p/hr Foot Patrols, Checkpoints, Gatehouse This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time Site Supervisor: The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong security operations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and mentor 10+ security officers through training, coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight. Lead daily security operations, including access control management, CCTV surveillance monitoring, and facility patrol strategies to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).  Security workforce, Scheduling and Payroll knowledge required. Prior use of: EHub, Trac Tik or Win-Team is acceptable.
