Beacon ABA Services, Inc. is a private group practice of behavior analysts and behavioral therapists incorporated in 1997 to provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The practice specializes in providing evidence-based treatment interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Lead With Value Beacon ABA Services is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join our team as a Regional Director serving the Metro North area. This is a unique opportunity for an established behavior analyst who is passionate about quality ABA services, professional mentorship, and meaningful outcomes for young children and families. As a Regional Director, you will provide clinical leadership across home and school-based programs while helping shape the growth and success of services throughout your region. The service area includes Middleton, Danvers, North Reading, Reading, Lynnfield, Lynn, Peabody, Salem, Wakefield, Saugus, Stoneham and Melrose. Relocation assistance is available, conditions apply.
