RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager | Professional and Administrative Support Services  [DOE-PASS960965] Support and oversee technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project deliverables. Supervise and coordinate efforts across multiple tasks, teams, or activities to ensure project success. Develop and implement program controls, management procedures, and operational strategies. Formulate project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient project execution. Manage personnel actions, including hiring, performance evaluations, and task assignments. Coordinate the efforts of diverse teams to achieve project milestones and objectives. Ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other procurement policies, as applicable. Stay informed about regulatory requirements and implement necessary procedural updates.
