You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and contribute to a supportive environment that fosters growth and healing.   This position offers….   Employee Assistance Program  – 24/7 counseling services, legal   assistance , & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost    Mileage Reimbursement   – Company paid for work functions requiring travel   Employee Discounts   – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition   Workplace Culture  - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing   each individual's   humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce.    Additional Perks & Benefits  - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more   Key Responsibilities:   • Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling to meet client needs and treatment goals.   • Complete intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within designated   time frames .   •   Determine   and document diagnoses based on assessments.   • Develop individualized treatment plans   in accordance with   regulatory standards.   •   Participate   in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, providing feedback on cases.   • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved.   • Document all services provided in compliance with regulatory standards.   •   Assist   clients through the transition process and complete necessary correspondence.   • Represent the agency professionally within the community.   • Handle crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed.   •   Facilitate   group counseling, education, and specialty services such as trauma therapy.   • Provide training and guidance on clinical issues and evidence-based practices.   Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:   • Must   possess   a doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field.   • Holds licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) with the applicable board.   • If working as a Neuropsychologist,   must   have recognition   by regulatory authorities.   • Willingness to become licensed in   additional   states.   • Comfortable providing telehealth services.   Additional Qualifications:   • Successful completion of background checks including criminal record and driving record.   • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.   • First Aid and CPR certification within three months of employment.   • Completion of mandatory training and understanding of Collaborative Service Goals (CSGs).   Physical Requirements:   • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force   frequently .   • Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.   Keywords: Psychologist, mental health, counseling, psychotherapy, behavioral health, treatment plans, assessments, telehealth, outpatient services, crisis intervention   Position Perks & Benefits: Paid time off: full-time employees receive an attractive time off package to balance your work and personal life Employee benefits package: full-time employees receive health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more Top-notch training: initial, ongoing, comprehensive, and supportive Career mobility: advancement opportunities/promoting from within Welcoming, warm, supportive: a work culture & environment that promotes your well-being, values you as human being, and encourages your health and happiness.
