Job Description Membership Business Processing Specialist On Target Earnings: $35,360 (Bonus Potential) Location: West Plains, MO– Onsite The Membership Processing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate member invoicing, efficient information management, and exceptional customer service. View our employees’ stories on how we provide care to the world at www.AtaMomentsNotice.com.  Responsibilities: The Membership Processing performs data entry, database updates, and general information management Process incoming and outgoing mail, including member invoicing Handle payment processing and daily balancing The Membership Processing conducts records research and maintain accurate member files Respond to incoming coordinator calls and provide timely support The Membership Processing delivers excellent customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions Assist with typing, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy in all membership records Work flexible hours, including weekends, as required Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations Minimum Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office EEO Statement Global Medical Response and its family of companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer, which includes supporting veterans and providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with a disability.
