In this role, you’ll help homeowners keep their properties safe, functional, and looking their best by completing a variety of repair, maintenance, and home improvement projects. We’re looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, communicates well with customers, and can confidently work independently across a range of residential projects. Responsibilities Perform residential handyman repairs, maintenance, and home improvement projects Complete carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Diagnose home maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions Complete assigned projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Safely transport tools and materials to customer locations Maintain a clean and professional work environment Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Build positive relationships with customers through reliable and courteous service Follow company procedures and applicable safety standards Work independently while collaborating with the team when needed Must Have 5+ years of relevant handyman or carpentry experience Must own a reliable truck suitable for transporting tools and materials Fluent in English with legal authorization to work in the U.S. Willingness to undergo a thorough background check and drug screening Nice to Have Experience working with countertops, including installations and repairs Experience with tiling, including laying and grouting tiles for various projects
