Group Fitness Instructor (Contractor)

Pay Range:  $60 per fitness class, $23 per hour for admin support  Location: The Red located at 333 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60604  Work Hours: Bootcamp class every Tuesday from 6:00–7:00 AM, followed by 2 hours of front desk/laundry support from 7:00–9:00 AM. Additional hourly support may be needed 1–2 times per month, with the potential for 4–6 shifts per month based on business needs.  Availability to cover Yoga Sculpt classes on Wednesdays from 6:30–7:15 AM as needed is a plus. Reports to: Fitness Manager in Chicago Your Mission: Your mission is to lead engaging Bootcamp classes at The Red while delivering the highest level of hospitality and customer service. Following your Tuesday morning class, you will provide front desk and operational support, helping create a warm, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for members. You may also support additional fitness classes and coverage needs as opportunities arise. The Legacy You’ll Leave: As a result of your time in this role, you brought joy to hundreds of human beings who work in the downtown Chicago area.  You created such deep and meaningful relationships with the building’s tenants that they never wanted Playbook to leave. Your legacy brought wellness and peak performance to the masses and turned their building into somewhere they were excited to show up every day.
