To learn more about us, visit www.impact-advisors.com The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders and employees, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. This role partners closely with leadership to support workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, compliance, and change initiatives while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand operational priorities and develop HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness. Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and policy interpretation. Support talent management processes, including succession planning, career development, engagement planning, and retention strategies. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify staffing needs, improve hiring outcomes, and support onboarding for new employees. Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Partner with compensation, benefits, payroll, learning and development, and other HR centers of excellence to deliver consistent and effective HR solutions. Lead or support change management initiatives, helping leaders communicate effectively and manage organizational transitions. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 5 or more years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting managers and business leaders. Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations practices, HR policies, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization. Experience using HR data, metrics, and systems to inform recommendations and decisions. Excellent communication, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading change management, employee engagement, talent review, or organizational effectiveness initiatives. Experience in Healthcare For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
