RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Executive Assistant  | Professional and Administrative Support Services  [DOE-PASS957962] Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules, tasks, and workflows. Proficiency in preparing professional-quality documents, presentations, and reports. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling and project management tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to draft correspondence and interact effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels. Proactive approach to identifying issues and providing effective solutions. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
