Equipment Operator III - Parks + Rec

Job Description Department:  Parks + Rec    Grade:  160   Pay:  $22.06/hour Job Duties: Responsible for assisting the Foreman and/or Supervisors with project management to ensure that timely completion is accomplished. Operates specialized maintenance equipment and in the use of handheld equipment, hand tools, and other power equipment.  Performs Asset and infrastructure improvements and manual labor as necessary. Performs daily maintenance according to equipment operators’ manual or standard operating procedure. Minimum Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or GED.  Three years of experience in an industry related position or craft. Additional qualification dependent on department needs; Must have obtained a Class A Commercial driver's License with air brake endorsement  within six months of hire, were applicable.
