Monday - Friday, 8am - 430pm No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays Registered Dietitian required CDCES required within 2 years of hire The Opportunity: The Diabetes Educator Registered Dietitian is a specialist in the field of Diabetes who is responsible for all aspects of nutrition care for the Diabetes Education Center. Provides diabetes self management training and Medical Nutrition Training for patients and their families in accordance with American Diabetes Association Recognition standards including clinical and behavioral assessment education and outcome measurement for individuals and groups. Collaborates with and is an educational resource for the clinic multidisciplinary team in order to enhance quality outcomes. Documents and bills for service within the electronic medical record.
