Job Type: Full time   Exempt/Non Exempt: Salary Job Description: Location Details:  Remote Location. Position Schedule / Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Position Summary: Provides leadership, guidance, and expert support for Business Transformation and IT-related projects. Defines project objectives, requirements, impacts, alternatives, test strategies, and contingency plans to support successful implementation and business value. Leads complex analysis, evaluates solutions, oversees project teams and tasks, coordinates resources, and communicates project status to management. Serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Stays current with emerging technologies and helps assess workflows and user needs for technology improvements. Project/business planning and consulting Participating in the planning and implementation of corporate projects Researching, identifying and resolving moderately complex to complex business problems Staffing and coordinating project teams Analyzing and defining resource and skill requirements for projects Controlling and resolving changes in scope, timing, costs, quality and client satisfactions Preparing cost proposals/justifications AAA Branch and/or Home Office and/or Insurance experience Knowledge and Skills: PC software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access ,Visio, MS Project) Project management tools (e.g., GANTT, Pert charts, Project Professional, etc.) Measurement tools for monitoring goal achievement Problem identification and resolution techniques Analyzing and summarizing data Planning and control of work flow Achieving stated objectives within designated time frame Analysis, compilation and interpretation of data Contribute a high level of expertise in content knowledge Evaluate a complex system and/or business process and understand the interdependencies between components Excellent oral and written communication skills to include report preparation and presentation of major reports Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Operations Research or related field preferred. PMP Designation preferred 1. Full Life-Cycle Project Leadership Lead end-to-end project delivery from intake through production support, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting to ensure successful business outcomes. 2. Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Leadership Serve as Scrum Master and Agile delivery leader, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, optimizing team performance, coaching stakeholders, and driving predictable, high-quality delivery through continuous improvement. 3. Agentforce / Salesforce Delivery Lead delivery of Salesforce Agentforce and AI-enabled solutions, partnering with business and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable, and measurable business outcomes. 4. Requirements & Backlog Management Drive discovery and requirements refinement, ensuring approved initiatives are translated into prioritized epics, features, user stories, and actionable backlogs ready for Agile delivery. 5. Technical Coordination Serve as the liaison between business and technology teams, managing technical dependencies, integrations, environments, risks, and release activities to support successful delivery. 6. Testing & Quality Ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle by coordinating testing, defect management, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and post-production validation activities. 7. Stakeholder & Executive Management Build strong stakeholder relationships, provide clear executive communications, facilitate decision-making, and maintain transparency around delivery progress, risks, and priorities. 8. Delivery Governance & Reporting Establish Agile governance, maintain delivery metrics and RAID tracking, and provide leadership with concise reporting on project health, milestones, risks, and business value. 9. Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement by leveraging metrics, retrospectives, automation, and lessons learned to strengthen Agile maturity, delivery effectiveness, and organizational performance. F LEX WORK IN WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. Compensation Delivery Manager will earn a competitive annual salary of up to $102,377.61 with annual bonus potential, based on performance.
