Location: Holland, MI Employment Type: Full-time contract Contract Duration: 3–5 months, with possible extension Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually, prorated for the contract period, plus expenses Required Certification: OSHA 30 We are seeking a Safety Manager to oversee EHS and site safety operations at a manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities Manage safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA requirements. Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments. Investigate incidents and near misses and perform root cause analyses. Deliver employee safety training and toolbox talks. Manage JHA, LOTO, fall protection, hazard communication, and PPE programs. Track safety KPIs and lead ongoing safety improvements. OSHA 30 certification required. At least 3 years of experience in Safety, EHS, or HSE. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, warehousing, or construction. Experience with safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Strong communication and leadership skills.
