Job Details Kettering Health Main Campus | Kettering | Full Time | Third Shift Responsibilities & Requirements Assists Environmental Services staff to perform routine and periodic cleaning procedures correctly, by supplying technical/personal support.  Performs  QA checks.  Train on an as needed basis and is able to conduct any disciplinary actions as needed.  Assists in working areas in employee shortages.  Conducts frequent rounding on employees.  Ensures that staff is using the proper PPE for good infection control practices for all duties performed. Preferred Qualifications High school or GED equivalent.   Must have at least 3 years of experience in Housekeeping.  Must have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in  Housekeeping or related field.  IEHA member working toward Certification preferred.  Excellent communication skills required.  Must have good computer skills.   Overview Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. Our mission is to live God’s love by promoting and restoring health.
