Key Responsibilities and Duties Market research and target qualification : Research and screen prospective wealth management partners (RIAs, independent broker-dealers, and family offices) to build a qualified pipeline of business development targets. This includes evaluating firm size, AUM, investment focus, and strategic fit to help prioritize outreach efforts. Strategist Briefs : Compile relevant research, news articles and private markets data in coordination with the Head of Research and Strategists to help educate the sales team. Executive Presentation Development : Build presentation materials for senior leadership on business development strategy, progress against targets, identified gaps, and market insights.  Meeting Preparation & Support : Support strategists ahead of external meetings by preparing briefing materials, compiling background research on prospects, and pulling relevant data. Meeting Follow-Up & Documentation : Draft post-meeting recaps and summaries, and log relevant notes and next steps to track relationship progress and inform future strategy. Analytical Support: Contribute ad hoc analysis on target segments, competitive positioning, or channel trends to support broader business development discussions.
