Job Description: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Health PRN Give Patients the Support They Need to Stay at Home The smallest moments of care can make the biggest difference. Elara Caring is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support home health patients throughout Portland and surrounding communities. You will provide personal, one-on-one care that helps patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. What You’ll Do Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Support safe movement, positioning, transfers, and mobility Help with daily activities according to the patient’s Plan of Care Observe and report changes in a patient’s condition Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Communicate with nurses, caregivers, and other members of the care team Complete accurate and timely visit documentation Protect patient dignity, privacy, and independence Why Join Elara Caring? The base salary for this position is $19 to $22.00 per hour, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
