Call Summary Editor

Call Summary Editor Contract (4 months) Remote $25 an hour, 5-20 hours a weel The Call Summary Editor plays a key role in the delivery of IANS' call summary product, in which we record conversations between IANS cybersecurity experts and clients and have AI produce an actionable written summary for the client and our online platform. This role is charged with editing each AI summary to ensure it is clear, correct and completely anonymized - and delivered to the client within our 48-hour SLA. Key success factors include interest in the cybersecurity industry, the ability to research technologies and vendor names to ensure they are presented correctly and the ability to edit summaries for clarity and readability. Qualifications: Knowledge of Salesforce preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Word required. This is a hands-on editorial role that requires some foundational knowledge of cybersecurity.
