Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). CIB delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. In this role, you will:
Support a strong risk and compliance culture while building trusted customer relationships
Accountable for following risk programs, policies, and regulatory requirements, including timely issue identification, escalation, and resolution
Proactively monitor and manages risk, exercises sound judgment, and makes decisions aligned with the organization's risk appetite and compliance standards
Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
Support projects
Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
Act as information source on group and company policies
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with external customers
Required Qualifications, US:
6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Previous Corporate & Investment Banking or Financial Services experience
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of Executive/Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Concur.
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Experience supporting multiple executives and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, clients, and business partners.
Experience preparing and managing executive business materials, including reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting documentation.
Proven project coordination and administrative leadership experience, including onboarding/offboarding and cross-functional partnership.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$44.23 - $69.71
