St. Charles Campus’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a state-of-the-art multidisciplinary ICU and Stroke Unit. The unit is a general ICU that includes critically ill cardiac, respiratory, septic, neurological, surgical, neurosurgical, orthopedic, and gynecology patients. Job Details Our Assistant Nursing Care Coordinator (ANCC) will: Assist the Director & Nurse Manager in delegating and coordinating nursing care activities of all patients on the nursing unit Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continual professional growth Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, registered nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support and education. What you’ll bring: Passion for Critical Care and an interest in growing as a leader in Nursing 1-2+ Years of RN experience working in an ICU setting Previous leadership experience preferred Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required  Posted Salary Range USD $54.97 - USD $66.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
