As Phoenix Tailings grows from an early-stage technology company into a world class critical metals producer, the complexity of our government awards, commercial programs, supply chain, procurement, compliance, and company-wide operational initiatives is increasing rapidly.  This role will turn those commitments into clear, executable programs by establishing the schedules, ownership, operating cadences, program controls, reporting structures, and accountability mechanisms needed to keep complex initiatives moving forward. You will directly own high-priority programs while also helping build the systems Phoenix uses to execute across the COO organization.  We are looking for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity without slowing the organization down. You should be comfortable translating broad objectives into workstreams, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and measurable outcomes, while driving accountability across senior stakeholders and multiple functions.  This is a builder role, not an established PMO to inherit.
