Through exposure to senior leaders, mentoring circles,   networking   and volunteering, you will build connections with colleagues across the organization.   Collectively, these different experiences are designed to enable you to make an impact and build a rewarding and successful career.     Responsibilities     Support the evaluation and underwriting of aviation risks across areas such as   aircraft   operators, airports, manufacturers, and airlines.   Review underwriting submissions, exposure information,   loss   history, and other relevant data to support risk   selection , pricing, and coverage decisions.   Partner with experienced underwriters, claims professionals, attorneys, and risk specialists to develop tailored insurance solutions.   Build relationships with brokers and clients while supporting new business and renewal opportunities.   Monitor industry trends and emerging aviation risks to support informed underwriting decisions.   Develop technical knowledge of aviation insurance while building analytical, decision-making, and relationship-management skills.   Minimum Qualifications   Our Early Careers programs are designed for students and recent graduates who are beginning their professional careers, generally within one year of completing their degree. Education Requirements   Bachelor’s or Master’s   degree to be received no later than June 202 7   (unofficial transcript   required   upon application).   Program Requirements   Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.   Analyst   positions are in-person opportunities, requiring   employees   to work in the office at least four days per week.   Core Qualifications   Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.   Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.   Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.   Preferred Qualifications    Preferred majors include Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Aviation Management, or   a related field .   Demonstrated interest in aviation, commercial insurance, or risk management.   Interest in evaluating complex risks .     Applications will be accepted through October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
