Maintain ownership of work order management processes and KPIs through Corrigo and other workplace management tools.
Support workplace projects, change management initiatives, and Future of Work programs in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, business units, and VIPs to understand workplace expectations and deliver a high level of customer service.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, security, and local regulatory requirements to maintain safe and compliant work environments.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve workplace operations, optimize budgets, and introduce innovative workplace technologies and best practices.
Provide regular operational updates, reporting, and data insights to leadership and client stakeholders.
Work flexibly across client and JLL spaces as needed to support operational continuity, workplace experience goals, and evolving business needs.
Required qualifications:
2+ years of experience in workplace management, facilities operations, corporate services, or a related environment.
Proven experience managing vendors, work orders, and operational KPIs within fast-paced workplace environments.
Strong proficiency with workplace management systems, digital collaboration platforms, and data analytics tools, including experience with platforms such as Corrigo and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and make sound operational decisions independently.
Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness requirements.
Ability to adapt successfully within evolving hybrid workplace environments and support organizational change initiatives.
Client-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required by the role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting multi-site workplace or facilities management operations within corporate or professional services environments.

Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience working within hybrid or flexible workplace models and supporting evolving employee experience strategies.
Knowledge of workplace technologies and emerging trends that enhance operational performance and user experience.
