Hourly Co mpensation: $26- $28/hourly Depending on Experience Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Install large-format wall graphics, murals, and environmental branding elements Install window graphics, frosted privacy films, perforated window films, and vinyl decals Measure installation areas and verify site conditions before installation Prepare surfaces by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion conditions Apply graphics using wet and dry application methods Trim, align, and finish graphics to professional standards Operate ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely when required Read and interpret installation drawings, floor plans, and production specifications Communicate with project managers and clients regarding installation schedules and site requirements Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field Maintain installation tools, equipment, and company vehicles Assist with packaging, staging, and transportation of graphics materials Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client expectations Qualifications Qualifications: 2+ years of experience installing vinyl graphics, wall coverings, signage, or wide-format graphics Experience with large wall murals, corporate branding graphics, and window film installation Strong understanding of vinyl application techniques Ability to use measuring tools, levels, knives, squeegees, and heat guns. Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working on ladders and lifts Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work Lifting up to 55 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
