Wellness Program Manager

Salary Range:  $90,000 - $95,000 + 40% commission on all training sessions and up to a $4k annual bonus based on top performance. Exact location details will be shared as soon as they become available!  Work Hours:  Monday–Friday. Schedules will fall within the facilities' hours of operation (7:00 AM–7:00 PM). Typical shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, but schedule flexibility is required. Reports to: Club Operations Director  Your Mission:  Your mission is to own the strategy, partnerships, and programming that shape the wellness experience across an entire campus. From fitness and aquatics to climbing, recovery, and specialty offerings, you'll activate every amenity with purpose by building a trusted network of instructors, coaches, and wellness providers who create exceptional experiences that inspire movement, foster connection, and strengthen community.
