Weld the Parts That Take Trucks Off the Beaten Path. We're looking for  experienced MIG and TIG welders  to join our production team in a fully air-conditioned facility — a rare find in the Arizona heat. At HPAG you'll be crafting the most innovative off-road truck parts on the market, in-house, made in America, and built to impress. Shift Options 1st Shift:  Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm 2nd Shift:  Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm What We Offer Air-conditioned facility — because Arizona is no joke Competitive hourly rate based on MIG/TIG welding experience, with weekly pay Choice of 1st or 2nd shift Paid holidays Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) All tools and welding equipment provided The Role We're seeking a  skilled, experienced Welder/Fabricator  with strong  MIG welding  ability and hands-on  TIG welding experience to build laser-cut, automated parts into complete welded assemblies from start to finish — including grinding, finishing, and quality verification. This role is primarily production  MIG welding  at volume, with regular use of  TIG welding  on select assemblies. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of steel structures per CAD print requirements Build complete assemblies start to finish, including grinding and finishing Read and interpret product schematics and verify dimensions to spec Track daily production build counts and flow Operate a variety of manufacturing tools and welding equipment per job specifications Ensure quality control standards are met on every weld and build Adhere to all safety standards Knowledge & Skills Strong working knowledge of MIG and TIG welding techniques Experience with production welding and assembly workflows Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, bending, cut-off saws, and grinders Ability to read and interpret CAD prints and product schematics Self-motivated and responsive to production metrics Team player who puts the group's success first Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Requirements High School Diploma or GED Must be 18 or older Minimum 2+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding/fabrication experience preferred Minimum 1 year working in a production environment Ability to work either 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm) or 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid holidays Weekly pay Tools and equipment provided Air-conditioned shop Shift flexibility (1st or 2nd shift available) Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour It is the policy of Horsepower Automotive Group, and its affiliated companies to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, citizenship status (if authorized to work in the U.S.), or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
