Position Details Position: Weekend Receptionist (Part-Time) Schedule: Saturday & Sunday Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Location: Central Gardens Post Acute Position Summary As the first point of contact for our facility, the Weekend Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for visitors, residents, and staff. This position provides front desk, clerical, and administrative support while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, residents, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls Manage visitor sign-in procedures and facility access Take and relay messages accurately and promptly Direct visitors to the appropriate departments and personnel Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries Provide clerical and administrative support to the team Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Uphold a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer and office equipment skills Receptionist or administrative experience preferred, but not required Reliable attendance and punctuality Why Join Central Gardens Post Acute?
