The role supports mission readiness, materiel traceability, and secure delivery in a DoD acquisition environment. Serve as Warehousing, Kitting, and Assembly Lead | Chemically Protected Deployable Medical System Product Support Integrator and Materiel Integration Support [P1ACBRNP024] [Warehouse And Kit Lead] to Provide and support Kitting Operations | Preservation | Throughput Management for Chemically Protected Deployable Medical System Product Support Integrator and Materiel Integration Support services to source, procure, inventory, track, secure, mark, stage, kit, package, distribute, and deliver Commercially Available CP DEPMEDS Components and Finished Products then assess, integrate, sustain, and optimize deployable medical systems, ensuring materiel readiness, operational efficiency, and mission success. Receiving, storage, preservation, staging, kitting, safety, and throughput; kit planning, picking, staging, kit completeness, consolidation, packaging handoff, and assembly-area supervision. Position details Employment — Full-time, W-2 exempt, with no overtime pay. GSA labor category — Senior Consultant I. Service alignment — NAICS 541611, Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services. Work arrangement — Hybrid, with work performed on and off client sites in the continental United States (CONUS). Workplace language — English. Candidate profile — Relevant DoD or military sector experience. Functional and technical expertise in warehouse operations, materiel preservation, or kitting is preferred. Component package delivery — Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), 10020 Kabrich Circle, Pine Bluff, AR 71602. Travel and on-site support at PBA may be required. Responsibilities and duties Oversee receiving, storage, and materiel preservation. Coordinate staging and kit preparation, and record materiel issued against the applicable bill of materials (BOM). Check kits for completeness and track shortages that could affect readiness. Monitor warehouse throughput and oversee safe work practices. Warehouse and Kit Lead | P1ACBRNP024 Chemically Protected Deployable Medical System (CP DEPMEDS) Product Support Integrator and Materiel Integration Support Education and experience At least 5 years of experience in warehousing, kitting, or production materials operations. At least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred. An associate degree in logistics or operations is preferred. Equivalent warehouse and assembly experience is accepted. Required skills and competencies Interpret bills of materials (BOMs) and oversee picking, packing, and kit preparation. Maintain accurate inventory and storage location records, manage shelf life, and apply Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS) procedures. Plan and prioritize work, supervise staff directly, and coordinate with other teams to meet milestones and adapt to changing requirements. Use project management methods and tools to track work and manage competing priorities. Demonstrate safe work practices, attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and clear verbal and written communication. Functional scope and deliverables Lead warehousing and kitting activities for CP DEPMEDS within the broader management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support, and business program and project management engagement. Coordinate with the Logistics Manager, Operations Lead, and the Quality and Property teams. Maintain kit build records and shortage lists, and complete and sign kit completeness checklists.
