And we foster a supportive, people-first work environment. “We know the confidence gap can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.” Role Overview:   A   Warehouse   Representative   I   assist s   with all aspects of warehouse operations , f rom   receiving   and inventory to order fulfillment and   maintaining   a safe and organized work environment .    A Sample of What   You’ll   Do in   t his Role:   Receive and ship inventory items .   Maintain   accurate   inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork .   Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements .   Ensure   warehouse cleanliness .   U tilize   scales   and measure s   to accurately fill containers .   Pull   c ustomer orders correctly for   on time   delivery .   Respond to inquiries in   a timely   and   accurate   manner .   What You Bring to   t he Role:     1+ years of experience and at least 18 years old   Class A CDL preferred or willingness to get one Always   maintain   a professional appearance   while interacting with   customer s       Ensure   overall   facility   cleanliness   Willingness to   operate   material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment   (f orklift training will be offered on the job)   A bility to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to   5 0 pounds   Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons   High   s chool   d iploma or   e quivalent   Your Digital & Technology Capabilities:   Basic   proficiency   with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking systems   Experience using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or RF equipment for inventory and order picking   Ability to accurately enter and   maintain   data in digital systems and follow electronic documentation processes   Comfort using digital communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms   Willingness to learn and adopt   new technologies , including AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency   What Makes You   a   Great Fit:   You e njoy   a   variety of job duties and responsibilities   and   c an effectively multi-task   You’re   a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills      You’re   experienced in agriculture (preferred)   You have a   valid   commercial   driver’s license   (preferred), or willing to obtain one Compensation and Benefits:    The base compensation for this position ranges from $17.16 to $22.87 per hour.
