Warehouse Operator Warehouse Operator – WinField United Pay: $21.60/hour | Day Shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Weekends, holidays and overtime as needed Join Land O’Lakes, Inc. and become part of our WinField United team, providing agricultural products, expertise and technology to farmers and our member-owners. As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping products moving safely and efficiently from our facility to customers. What You’ll Do Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Select products from warehouse racks, palletize, shrink-wrap and stage orders for shipment Coordinate and assist with inbound and outbound deliveries Support inventory activities, including cycle counts Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse Follow all safety procedures, SOPs and quality standards Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing business needs Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring Must be 18 years or older 1+ year of warehouse experience Forklift experience preferred Basic computer and math skills Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and climbing Ability to work in hot and cold environments and areas where dust or chemicals may be present Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Why Land O’Lakes?
