Position Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the successful shipping, receiving and warehousing of all tickets, and all other freight in or out of the facility.  This position is also responsible for managing and maintaining all materials within the warehouse, maintaining related inventory records and handles day to day maintenance for the facility. Assist the Operations Manager and Director of Marketing to continuously improve the operation and cost efficiency Maintain constant and thorough inventory of all instant ticket stock held at the warehouse facility Oversee the shipment and related costs of all daily and new games to the retailers Prepare and maintain proper inventory level of all shipping supplies Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested Ensure ISO certification Supervise daily distribution of instant ticket orders Responsible for the training, coaching and counselling of assigned personnel Oversee the proper maintenance of all warehouse equipment Train, explain tasks and assist in the solution of problems Prepare and present reports and other documentation on a timely basis Implement key corporate initiatives as required Establish monthly, quarterly and annual goals and KPI with each Warehouse Clerk (Package Assembly Tech II), and evaluate at the end of each month Provide daily direction and feedback to the warehouse clerks to ensure they have a good understanding of the job and current priorities Qualifications SG is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
