Vice President of Property Management

Vice President, Property Management Our client is a growing commercial real estate owner and operator seeking an experienced Vice President of Property Management to lead and elevate its in-house property management platform. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this executive will oversee day-to-day property operations while building the infrastructure, processes, and leadership necessary to support the company's continued growth. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys creating scalable systems, mentoring high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial property management expertise with executive leadership capabilities and a strategic, business-minded approach. Retail commercial real estate experience is preferred, and advanced Yardi experience is required.
