Vice President, Global Compliance – New York, NY or Washington, DC (982-SLS)

Our client, a fast-growing global technology company operating in a highly regulated industry, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist in its search for a Vice President, Global Compliance. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal & Risk Officer, this executive will build and lead the company’s global compliance function, helping shape the governance, infrastructure, and compliance strategy needed to support continued global growth and a potential IPO. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing global company at a pivotal stage in its evolution. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the organization’s compliance strategy while partnering closely with executive leadership to build a scalable compliance function that supports continued global expansion. The position will be based in New York or Washington, DC. Compensation is expected to include a base salary of $325,000 to $375,000, plus an annual bonus and equity, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
