POSITION PURPOSE: The Head of Digital Marketing & Marketing Analytics is a senior, strategic leader responsible for driving next generation digital marketing capabilities that directly support organizational growth and fundraising outcomes. This role owns the strategy, execution, and measurement of digital marketing across platforms, ensuring that marketing investments translate into meaningful, measurable results. With deep expertise across B2B and multi-channel digital ecosystems, this leader will modernize and optimize the marketing technology stack, harness advanced analytics, and champion the responsible, leading-edge use of AI in marketing. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, Sales, and IT, the role influences decision-making at the highest levels and builds a culture of data-driven innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning. Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. For this role, bonus compensation may be a significant part of the total compensation.
