New graduates benefit from longer appointment times, built-in breaks throughout the schedule, and a gradual approach to surgical training—starting with observation and assistance before progressing to independent procedures as comfort and skill develop. Our Chief of Staff and Lead Veterinarian work closely with each new doctor to establish mentorship goals, identify areas for additional support or training, and create a collaborative learning environment focused on long-term success.
