What's in it for you:
Schedule & Compensation
4-day or 3-day work week (4/10s or 3/10s) for true work-life balance
Tues - Fri schedule available (Fridays are a must!)
Base salary of $150,000–$180,000 annually based on experience and schedule
Production bonus with no negative accrual
Sign-on and/or relocation bonus available
