Value Stream Coordinator
Job Description:
Position Summary
The Value Stream Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of work through the machine shop value stream to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of customer orders and other special projects supporting new product introduction. This role serves as the primary coordinator between Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to identify constraints, resolve issues impacting flow, and improve overall value stream performance.
