VA Asset Protection Manager

The Security Manager is a key leader responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Jushi’s enterprise security and asset protection programs across assigned retail, cultivation, and manufacturing facilities. This role safeguards people, products, and property through proactive risk management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. The Security Manager drives strategic initiatives that strengthen Jushi’s security posture, reduce losses, and support long-term business growth. This includes oversight of contract guard services, investigations, technology systems, and budget performance while building a culture of prevention, accountability, and service excellence.
