Utilities Right of Way Program Manager - Remote EST

Location:  Remote EST (candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must reside within the Eastern Time Zone) Schedule: Full Time - Exempt Travel:  Candidate can expect to travel minimally (less than 10% of the time)  Why Join ORC? What You’ll Do Direct a program of related utility right of way projects — aligning scope, schedules, budgets, and standards across the portfolio Guide and support Project Managers, balancing resources and priorities across projects Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining frequent communication and building strong, long-term relationships through consistent engagement and day-to-day partnership.  Own program-level reporting, forecasting, and financial performance Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, tools, and processes Manage program risks and escalations before they reach the client Partner with leadership on staffing plans and growth for the program We’re Looking for Someone Who Leads with clarity and holds a high bar for quality and accuracy Is organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Works efficiently under tight deadlines and keeps multiple priorities moving across projects Communicates clearly and professionally — with team members, clients, and project leadership Develops people and builds strong, accountable teams Picks up new systems and software quickly Minimum Requirements Minimum of [8] years of right of way experience, including leadership across multiple projects or programs Prior experience directing project managers or large delivery teams Proficient with MS Office Suite — specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook An iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC’s systems Valid driver’s license Where You Fit This posting covers a single level. The pay range is $146,921 – $160,063, and your offer will reflect your experience, demonstrated leadership, and what you show throughout the interview process. Relocation and per diem are not provided.
