Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.   Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position  Jacksonville, FL Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)  About the team  T reasury and Risk Manager – Integrity Edition is an award-winning solution offering a simple and seamless path to a best-in-class digital treasury for better visibility into cash and risk   With over 750+ clients globally, we are part of a Global Support team   to support   our regional   teams .   What you will be doing  As Support Analyst, you will  contribute   to the direction of user support services,   identifying   opportunities for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall user experience.   You will e nsure   timely   resolution and   maintain   communication with   regional support   to provide updates and manage expectations   for clients .   You will c ollaborate with product   management, product   development, engineering, and other departments to communicate user feedback,   identify   system improvements, and contribute to ongoing product enhancement.   Working with Regional CS/CX/PS teams   Analyze   issues   for faster resolution   Work with Development Teams on resolutions   Look for improvements for clients as well as the product   Client centricity focus   What you bring Understanding of Corporate Treasury.   Attention to detail.
