Salary: Up to $28 / hour Based on experience, certifications, and skill level We're looking for an experienced Used Car Automotive Technician to help keep our pre-owned inventory moving. This role focuses on inspection, diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of used vehicles to high-quality retail standards —making it a great opportunity for a well-rounded technician who enjoys working across a variety of makes and models. Duties and Responsibilities Perform multi-point mechanical inspections on pre-owned vehicles Diagnose and complete light repairs including brakes, batteries, filters, fluids, bulbs, hoses, and belts Identify safety or drivability concerns and flag higher-level repairs for Service Advisors or Line Techs Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Work efficiently to meet reconditioning cycle time targets and vehicle readiness deadlines Safely move vehicles between service, recon, and front-line areas Collaborate with service managers, advisors, and parts staff to streamline recon flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace Know a Great Technician? All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
