Pay range: - Salary $220,000.00 - $850,000.00 Urologist – Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) Urologist/Urogynecologist  Overlake Clinics is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Board Certified Urology trained female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery (FPMRS) Urologist/Urogynecologist to join our growing practice located in Kirkland, WA. Enjoy an exceptional work-life balance with minimal call responsibilities, supported by two dedicated Urologic Hospitalists who manage the majority of call coverage. Compensation & Benefits: Compensation: $459,000 - $731,000 annually Continuing Medical Education: $5,000 CME allowance Generous Paid Time Off (Up to 264 hours annually) Relocation Assistance: Available Retirement Plan: 5–7% matching with immediate vesting Loan Forgiveness: Overlake qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school required Completion of a US Residency required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required Competition of Urogynecologist  Fellowship preferred Washington physician license by time of hire required BLS Certification required Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred Why join Overlake?
