The client weighs approximately  100 lbs (5'0")  and requires  hands-on personal care , including wound care and repositioning. Care Responsibilities Provide  morning and evening personal care  (changing, cleaning; keep pull-ups off as instructed) Perform  wound care and apply prescribed creams Assist with  repositioning to prevent bed sores Support  transfers (bed ↔ wheelchair)  using proper techniques Assist with  meal preparation and feeding Provide  shower assistance  (with shower chair if needed) Ensure  comfort, dignity, and safety  at all times Schedule Monday – Friday Morning:  9:30 AM – 11:30 AM  (2 hours, possibly longer) Evening:  7:00 PM – 8:30 PM  (1.5 hours) Ideal Candidate Experience with  advanced dementia care Skilled in  wound care and skin integrity management Comfortable with  transfers and bed-bound care Patient, attentive, and compassionate Physically capable of assisting with repositioning and mobility This role is best suited for a helper with  strong hands-on care experience , particularly in  bed-bound care and wound management , who can provide  consistent, gentle, and attentive support .
