Provide service install maintenance on underground piping and pipelaying. Perform fire hydrate repairs, installations, and replacements Operate a CLD excavator Work on new construction build out projects Work on above-ground (rough-in) and finishing projects What We Need From YOU : Minimum 5 - 10 years Underground Service Plumbing Technical skill and knowledge of underground piping systems, outside storm drains, and water mains.  Technical skill and knowledge of Mechanical Fittings (MJ) Must have new commercial build out experience Must have above-ground (rough-in) and finishing experience CLD Licensing to an Excavator Knowledge of working and maintaining National Accounts Good communication and listening skills Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check Physical dexterity CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE Responsibilities What you will do: Inspect, install, repair and maintain underground plumbing systems, including outside storm water mains, pumps, and underground water and sewer lines to ensure compliance with applicable codes. Inspect and repair vents, storm drainage, and special piping systems Install, repair and maintain pump for lift stations. Qualifications You must have Minimum 5 - 10 years experience as an Underground Specialty Plumber Experience with Mechanical fittings Experience with fire hydrate replacement Excavator experience Liftstation Experience Underground pipelaying experience Clean CLD driver's license Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check Physical dexterity
