UI/UX Developer Senior Consultant

Significance Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Developer Senior Consultant to assess, design, and enhance user interfaces across Department of the Navy applications, including custom web applications, Power Apps, SharePoint solutions, dashboards, robotic process automation (RPA) and AI-enabled solutions, and legacy systems. The developer will proactively identify usability improvements, conduct user research, and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to improve user experience, accessibility, and system functionality. The role will also support front-end development and implementation of UI enhancements as program needs evolve, ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements. This position works within a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and Navy stakeholders in a Secret-cleared program environment. At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
