Truck Warehouse Auditor

Audit trucks and trailers, including working outdoors to verify inventory, product quantities, pallet IDs, and shipping information Schedule: Wed-Sat 7AM-3:30PM Pay: 20-22 DOE + .75 Shift Diff Key Duties & Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, shipping, and related records. Review purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports to ensure information is accurate. Monitor inventory levels and identify products that need to be replenished. Investigate inventory discrepancies, product damage, adjustments, and shrink issues. Locate and verify products using product IDs, pallet IDs, and other inventory information. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts. Audit trucks and trailers, including working outdoors to verify inventory, product quantities, pallet IDs, and shipping information. Review shipping orders, product lists, catalogs, and other reference materials to ensure orders are accurate. Identify unused, excess, or damaged inventory and assist with recommendations for proper disposition. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing inventory, auditing trucks, and identifying discrepancies. Work closely with warehouse, operations, and other teams to research and resolve inventory issues. Perform other inventory-related duties as needed. ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES) Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40 Why Lineage?
